Postage
Due to exporting regulations, we currently only send our jerky Australia wide.
Because we are based in a small country town in rural NSW, postage speeds can be slower than the speeds experienced in the city. We aim to post every order the day it is purchased (before 4pm) and you can expect your package within a week.

Western Australian orders generally take longer, please allow up to 14 days.

Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it (unopened) within 14 days for a full refund.
If once opened the product is unsatisfactory, please contact our factory via email or phone to resolve the issue.
