This is a traditional style jerky. It's hot, but its not crazy. We’ve toned it down to suit most jerky eaters just looking for a little bit of heat in their jerky. It's not all about the heat though, the smoked chilli along with a subtle blend of other herbs and spices gives this one a really nice, rounded flavour.
All our beef is free range and grass fed, free from hormones, antibiotics or pesticides. All visible fat is trimmed so it’s the leanest and healthiest it can possibly be.
This option comes in a beautifully packaged bag with oxygen absorbers and will keep for up to 12 months unopened. To ensure you get the best flavour and texture we recommend you eat it within a week of opening.
