This Kangaroo is a soft style jerky. That is, they are not quite so dry, softer to chew and easier to eat.
This jerky is flavoured using Lemon Myrtle, an Australian Bush (Backhousia Citriodora) that has been used by indigenous Australians for millennia for its wide ranging health benefits, assisting problems from lung ailments to indigestion. Luckily, it also tastes great too. As the name suggests it has a strong lemon flavour with a hint of the Aussie bush. We’ve used a traditional base of Honey and Soy Sauce, then layered the Lemon Myrtle over that and this flavour compliments the unique flavour of Kangaroo meat very nicely. We think you’ll love it as much as we do.
All our Kangaroos are sourced through sustainable programs overseen by The Australian Department of the Environment.
Beautifully packaged in bags with high quality artwork and printing and packed with oxygen absorbers and will keep for up to 12 months unopened.
To ensure you get the best flavour and texture we recommend you eat it within a week of opening.
