This is a traditional style jerky. The meat is sliced with a knife into long thick strips about 12mm wise. If you like to work for your jerky, this is the one for you!
 
The 1kg option comes as 4 x 250g 
plain (clear bag) packaging so you have the option to choose 4 different flavours. Please leave a note when you check out with the 4 flavours you wish to choose.
