We don't send free samples,

- What is delivery time and
cost?
Retail orders are sent in
Australia Post Parcel Post Satchels. According to Australia Post
delivery timetable the order should arrive in 3 days within NSW and in
3 - 6 days for interstate orders. Jerky prices are given including
delivery cost within Australia. Express Delivery is available at an
extra charge
- What are the payment options?
Credit Card, Direct
Credit, Cheque, Money Order.
We accept credit cards for orders up to $500 if your order is
more than that, please use one of the other options
- Is there any
quality control?
Yes.
Consistent product quality is guaranteed
We have very strict hygienic
and quality control programs, which are constantly monitored and
reviewed. These programs and all our processes conform to the
requirements of
Food
Standards Australia New Zealand.
- How long will my
jerky keep for?
Normal
shelf life for our jerky is up to 2 years. It doesn't lose its
nutritional and safety qualities after that time however, it may
change color especially if kept on direct sunlight.
According
to Australian Safety and Quality requirements our products are
sticker labeled for consumption within 1 year "Best before
DD/MM/YY"
- What meats are available?
Our regular
products include Beef, Kangaroo, Crocodile, Emu. We also process Deer,
Camel, Venison, Ostrich, Bison, etc. for specific customer orders. If
you wish to place such order for any specific meat available in
Australia, it should be not less than 100 kilos (220 lb) of finished product.

How to order a mix of
flavors?
If you'd like to order a mix of flavors,
select the first flavor, enter a number of pouches, click ADD button.
Repeat it with the second flavor, etc. - our shopping program will
recalculate price each time. The final price will be for the total
quantity ordered
